Orlie Katsiris was founded by Melinda Orlie-Katsiris. We believe thoughtful and beautiful design makes life easier. We focus on well-founded space planning to craft considered and collected spaces that reflect our clients. Orlie Katsiris is committed to executing and completing our client projects with an exemplary full-service client experience. SERVICES

Orlie Katsiris is an interior design and luxury staging firm focused on residential interiors including renovations and new construction. We guide our clients through inspiration and exploration, conceptual design, detailed design, sourcing, procuring, construction, and installation creating curated and collected spaces. Our services include floorplans, custom design and documentation, bids and selections, finishes and fixtures, and construction administration.  Our home staging services create luxury environments for model, vacant, furnished and estate properties.

STUDIO

Melinda grew up in Canada and Europe. Design, travel and language were a constant in her life as her family includes watercolor artists, furniture makers, engineers, and art teachers. She is a graduate of the Ryerson University School of Design in Toronto and also completed parts of her degree at the Parsons School of Design in New York City. Prior to founding Orlie Katsiris Staging & Interiors, Melinda worked in fashion and interior design, branding and consulting, and personal lifestyle management. Melinda lives in downtown Manhattan with her husband and daughters. She is an active member in her community and has volunteered with Girl Scouts, Downtown Soccer, her children’s schools and her building Board. A lifelong equestrian, Melinda enjoys horseback riding with her children out east.
